Job Description:
We are seeking a Patent Attorney to join our Intellectual Property Law Group LLP. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO * Participate in patent litigation cases * Conduct patent research and drafting of patent applications * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth prosecution and defense of patents Requirements: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school * Licensed to practice law in the state of California * Strong knowledge of US patent laws and regulations * Excellent writing and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
