Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced bankruptcy attorney with a strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing bankruptcy routine matters, drafting pleadings and claims, attending hearings, and responding to client inquiries. We require a professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing routine bankruptcy matters
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings and claims
• Attending scheduled hearings
• Responding to client inquiries

We also require:

• Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and creditor rights
• Computer literacy and professionalism
• Keyboard skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and time management skills
• A law degree (JD) and bar admission in Texas
