Patent Prosecution & Litigation Senior Agent

Job Description:

Candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices. Additional duties may include providing technological guidance to attorneys, counseling clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of patent prosecution experience
• Registration to practice before the USPTO is required
• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Telecommunications
• Detail oriented, organized, team oriented
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task independently under deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity
