We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with 10+ years of practice in employment, business, and corporate law. Requirements include admission in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia; excellent writing and analytical skills; and ability to demonstrate these skills. Key responsibilities include business transactions, employment law, shareholders' and operating agreements, non-compete and executive compensation agreements, and business dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
