Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Life Sciences Partnering & Licensing Attorney to join our preeminent, nationally recognized Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice. The ideal candidate will represent life sciences companies in structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements. Requirements: * 3-6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in commercial transactions. * Corporate or patent experience is a plus. * Technical degree is an asset. * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
