We are seeking a highly qualified patent agent to join our IP Biology/Biotechnology Practice Team. Key responsibilities include patent counseling, procurement, and opinions, with opportunities for licensing and enforcement. Requirements include 4+ years of patent prosecution experience, Ph.D. or MS in a biology discipline, and good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law. Ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
