Seeking experienced bankruptcy attorney with 2+ years of experience in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Must have working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Key responsibilities include managing routine matters, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings. Required skills include knowledge of bankruptcy laws, computer literacy, professionalism, and effective communication. A law degree (JD) and admission to Bankruptcy Courts in North Carolina or Tennessee are necessary qualifications.
