Job Description:

We seek an experienced Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney to join our client-centered practice. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, probate, and elder law matters. We value independence, versatility, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating comprehensive estate plans for individuals and families

- Providing guidance on asset protection strategies

- Assisting with Medicaid planning and application processes

- Handling probate matters and representing clients in court

- Advocating for clients' rights in elder law cases
