Strategic Advisory Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an associate to join our Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Services Department in Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in law practice and should have a strong work ethic and writing skills.

Candidates will assist public and private businesses, executives, and investors in distressed situations, and counsel clients in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcies.
