Transactional Attorney

Job Description:
Join King Law Offices, PC as a Transactional Attorney
Represent clients in various transactional matters, including wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501(c)(3), and intellectual property litigation
Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals
Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school, 2-10 years of experience practicing family law, excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
