We seek a talented professional with expertise in patent law and electrical engineering/computer science to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Drafting patent applications and legal opinions for clients Performing freedom-to-operate patent searches and literature searches Assisting with patent office litigation matters Collaborating with partners and senior associates on domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline 2-4 years of experience drafting patent applications and assisting with legal opinions Preferred: Masters or Ph.D. degree Competitive compensation and benefits offered for a challenging role in a collegial work environment.
