International Employment Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. International counseling experience is strongly preferred. The associate will conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions; provide advice on employment policies and practices; draft and negotiate employment, retention and related agreements; and counsel on employee mobility.
