Join Womble Bond Dickinson as a Patent Prosecution & Litigation Associate/Patent Agent on our Electrical Engineering & Software Team. We seek an Associate or Patent Agent with IP experience in patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus, and wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is desired but not required. You must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of legal experience. Candidates should have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
