Womble Bond Dickinson seeks an Associate or Patent Agent to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team in any office. The ideal candidate will have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution, a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar, design engineering experience with a chip company, wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
