Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified associate attorney to support our Little Rock-based Arkansas practice. The ideal candidate will be a member in good standing of the Arkansas Bar, licensed or able to obtain a license in short order, with 5+ years of litigation experience preferred. Responsibilities include handling significant volumes of cases in creditor's rights, resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, commitment to superior client support, and sound judgment.
