Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in discovery matters, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
  • An excellent legal researcher and communicator (written and verbal)
  • A self-starter invested in the success of the firm
  • A team player who fosters collaboration and growth among staff
  • Able to manage a heavy caseload efficiently

Main Focus:

  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal briefs

Additional Duties:

  • Explain and execute attorney-client contracts
  • Conduct intake meetings with new clients
  • Handle client requests and demands
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Manage assigned paralegals and medical records clerks
  • Support the legal team in achieving firm objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
  • Extensive experience in discovery and legal drafting
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
