Job Description:

Prepare and submit non-immigration, immigration, and PERM applications. Supervise legal assistants and manage client expectations. Research immigration policies and procedures. Provide legal strategy to meet clients' immigration purposes.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLM with U.S. state bar admission
• Minimum 2-3 years of business immigration experience, especially PERM filings, EB1A, and NIW, strong case management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail

Full-time, $70,000-$100,000 per year. Benefits include 401(k) matching, flexible schedule, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and relocation assistance. In-person work required in Bellevue, WA or Irvine, CA.
