Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RFE Associate Attorney to join our team. As an RFE Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex immigration matters, including reviewing and analyzing Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), drafting well-structured responses, and collaborating with case managers and clients to gather necessary documentation.

You will ensure compliance with immigration regulations, meet critical deadlines, and advocate effectively on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent time management and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing RFEs, NOIDs, and denials from USCIS and other immigration agencies
  • Drafting well-structured and compelling responses, affidavits, legal memoranda, and supporting documents
  • Collaborating with case managers, paralegals, and clients to gather necessary evidence and supporting materials
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
  • Managing multiple cases and deadlines efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Conducting in-depth legal research to strengthen case arguments and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
  • Supervising and mentoring junior legal staff and paralegals in case preparation and submission procedures
  • Staying updated on changes in immigration policies, regulations, and adjudication trends

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school
  • Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state
  • 2-5 years of attorney experience in general immigration law, with specific expertise in family and humanitarian-based petitions, asylum, and removal defense
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability with work schedules
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing English
  • Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
