Senior Immigration Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
Murray Osorio PLLC is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Immigration Litigation Attorney to join our thriving legal team in our VA, MD, or NJ offices. This role focuses primarily on federal district court litigation of immigration cases, including habeas corpus petitions, lawsuits for injunctive relief, Administrative Procedure Act review of denied visa petitions, and contested mandamus cases against USCIS and the Department of State. The attorney will handle appeals of denied applications for relief and removal orders to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Petitions for Review to the various U.S. Courts of Appeals. Key Job Duties include managing your own caseload, conducting client consultations, collaborating with paralegals and fellow attorneys, participating in firm committees, and providing effective guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
