Job Description:

We are seeking a talented associate with a minimum of two years of securities litigation experience to join our team. As an associate in our Securities and M&A Litigation group, you will work closely with senior lawyers and former SEC and DOJ officials to represent Fortune 500 companies, emerging companies, boards of directors, and global financial institutions in high-profile disputes.

We handle every type of securities litigation, including:

Securities class actions
Stockholder derivative suits
IPO and direct listing litigation
SPAC-related securities litigation
Books and records demands
Audit & Special Litigation Committee investigations

Our approach is simple: identify the most expedient, cost-effective means of ending the litigation with the least disruption to the client and its business. We have obtained dismissals and favorable settlements in innumerable multi-billion-dollar cases.

We are a leading firm for Delaware corporate litigation, obtaining decisive victories in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court, along with other key jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in securities class actions, stockholder derivative suits, IPO and direct listing litigation, SPAC-related securities litigation, books and records demands, and audit & special litigation committee investigations.

- Utilize expertise to identify the most expedient, cost-effective means of ending the litigation with minimal disruption to the client and its business.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex disputes in high-stakes cases.

- Collaborate with senior lawyers and former SEC and DOJ officials to achieve optimal results for clients.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in securities litigation and M&A litigation.
