Estate Planning Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing practice in OKC Metro Area. Key Responsibilities: Assist in legal matters regarding estate planning and probate. Make various probate court appearances. Assist with hearing preparation. Meet with clients to consult on their legal matter. Ongoing client communication and management. Use Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel to assist in drafting estate planning documents. Requirements: At least 3 years of full-time estate planning and probate experience. Experience with tracking billable time. Ability to handle assigned caseload and interact well with clients. High-level writing capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and work independently and with team. Demonstrate time management skills and ability to re-prioritize and work under multiple deadlines. Computer literacy.
