Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced civil litigation attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. Responsibilities include representing clients in various civil dispute matters, managing caseloads, conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, engaging in negotiation and mediation efforts, collaborating with other attorneys and support staff, and participating in business development initiatives. Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, 2-10 years of experience practicing family law, excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, strong negotiation and mediation skills, ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
