Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Labinoti Law is a personal injury law firm seeking an associate attorney with passion and ambition. The attorney will assist in addressing client concerns, reviewing demands, negotiating with adjusters and attorneys, and handling hearings and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and respond to motions with strong legal analysis, conduct legal research, represent clients in hearings, assist in negotiations, and participate in depositions.

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar, experience drafting and responding to motions, knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence, and ability to draft legal documents effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

New Mexico licensing is a plus. Bilingual skills and ties to the Borderplex Region are desirable.
