Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Employment Counsel with substantial litigation and advice & counsel experience to join our growing practice. You will advise and represent California employers in employment law matters, including counseling clients on employee relations, drafting employment policies, representing employers in state and federal employment litigation, handling matters before administrative agencies, and supporting clients through employment-related disputes. Ideal candidate qualifications include an active California law license, 10+ years of experience, strong track record of independently managing employment matters, demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business clients, and exceptional writing and analytical skills.
