We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in litigation of Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities include:

research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
We are looking for:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to the West Virginia State Bar and in good standing
Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred but not required
Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research methodologies
Familiarity with Personal Injury Law, and other forms of civil litigation is highly desirable
