Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage or similar insurance-related work. Key responsibilities include analyzing insurance and reinsurance policies, reviewing complex contracts, communicating with clients, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, managing litigation caseloads, performing in-depth legal research, maintaining client relationships, and accurately recording billable hours. Required skills include admission to practice in New York, federal court experience, exceptional writing and analytical skills, and experience with written discovery and motion practice.
