Trademark Associate

Job Description:
We seek a Trademark associate with extensive experience in US and foreign trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution. Requirements include reviewing full search reports, preparing preliminary assessments, overseeing paralegals, handling due diligence acquisitions, excellent communication skills, and NY, CA or FL Bar admission. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing federal trademark filings, including identification of goods and services, and assisting in copyright prosecutions.
