Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Special Projects Lawyer to join our Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant corporate experience and will support a range of special projects for our Emerging Growth and Venture Capital team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assisting with company formations and preparing basic formation documents, including certificates of incorporation, bylaws, subscription agreements, vesting agreements, board consents, and required qualifications

Supporting equity issuances for emerging growth and venture capital clients

Assisting with basic consulting and employment agreements

Maintaining data rooms and document repositories for client matters

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on a wide variety of corporate matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
