Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Immigration Attorney to join our national business immigration practice in Rochester office. Broad experience in employment-based cases including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications preferred. Key responsibilities include providing excellent client service, managing cases effectively, and demonstrating enthusiasm for client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experience. Estimated annual base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000. We offer a competitive compensation package to the right candidate.
