Litigation Associate

Job Description:
Join Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a highly qualified Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of litigation experience. We seek a strong litigator who can conduct legal research, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, conduct witness interviews, draft pleadings, write briefs, prepare and argue motions, and prepare for trial. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. Key requirements include 3-6 years of solid litigation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively. We offer a competitive base pay range of $260,000-$390,000 USD and additional benefits.
