Associate Attorney - Technology Transactions & Privacy

Job Description:
We seek an associate to join our cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, intellectual property issues, M&A and financing transactions, new technologies like AI and blockchain, and advising start-ups on development and product launch. Excellent academic credentials and experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm required. Key requirements include expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies and payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, interactive entertainment and hardware.
