Land Use and Environmental Attorney

Job Description:
Lead climate, energy, commercial and residential cases before administrative agencies and courts. Investigate legal issues, conduct research, case development, record review, working with scientists, legal analysis and writing, oral advocacy and motion practice. Represent clients in settlement negotiations, court, and regulatory proceedings. Possess excellent communication skills, ability to work with technical experts, strategic thinking, and demonstrated initiative.
