Job Description:
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and be able to manage cases from initial filing through trial or resolution. Key Responsibilities include managing a caseload of personal injury cases, conducting depositions and trials, preparing litigation pleadings, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active Tennessee Bar membership, and at least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred.
