Junior Associate Disability Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed full-time attorney to join our team. As a Junior Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges and do other tasks as assigned. Key responsibilities include answering client questions, reviewing and developing cases, conducting legal research and writing pre-hearing briefs. You will have regular client contact by telephone, in person, mail and email. Salary range is $50k-$65k annually depending on experience. We require attorney license, reliability, strong communication skills, excellent legal writing skills, ability to travel up to 70% of the time, residence in one of the listed states and knowledge of social security disability law is preferred but not required.
