We are an Elder Law Firm focused on Trust & Estate Planning for Preservation of Assets, Special Needs Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Veterans Benefits.

We are located in Richmond, KY, and we are seeking an Associate Attorney with a background in probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting initial consultations, devising strategies, delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants, preparing documents for sophisticated Estate Plans, leading and participating in final meetings with clients, and attending Court as necessary.

We are looking for someone who has character, intelligence, and integrity, and someone who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office, exhibiting the key traits of a leader by example.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies;
• Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants, and monitoring their work;
• Preparing documents for sophisticated Estate Plans;
• Leading and participating in final meetings with clients; and
• Attending Court as necessary.

The compensation package includes:

• $67,000 - $75,000 yearly
