Government Contracts Associate or Special Counsel

Job Description:
Seeking experienced government contracts attorney with 5+ years experience in federal government contracts law. Must have strong analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as experience with bid protests, acquisition regulation interpretation and compliance counseling, drafting REAs and claims analysis and counseling, and small business procurement issues. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter is preferred. Competitive base salary range of $200,000-275,000, with opportunities for discretionary bonus and benefits such as firm-paid life insurance, health and wellness programs, and retirement plan.
