Job Description:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring effective advocacy and representation. Investigate claims, develop litigation strategies, draft motions, conduct discoveries and depositions, and represent clients in court while maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities include managing client engagement, contracts, pleadings, discovery, motions, and documentation. Analyze evidence, assess liability and damages, and develop trial strategies. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information, build trust, and provide regular updates. Draft and review legal documents, conduct and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses for testimony. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, ensuring persuasive advocacy. Stay current on case law, statutes, and procedural rules through ongoing research and professional development. Required qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree with admission to the Bar in Colorado, 1-4 years of experience, solid understanding of Tort Law, and strong analytical and communication skills.
