Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Ethics Attorney to join our fully remote team. This role involves representing attorneys and law students in various legal ethics matters, including State Bar investigations, legal malpractice defense, reinstatements, and admissions. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance, evaluate complaints, develop defense strategies, draft legal briefs, and negotiate with state bar associations. Requirements: Juris Doctor degree, experience in legal ethics or related fields, strong analytical and research skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
