We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team at McGrath and Spielberger, PLLC in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of ethics, licensing, and experience in real property and business law. Key requirements include: - Licensing in NC or SC/TN with willingness to obtain licensure in one of those states - 3+ years of practicing law in good standing - Experience in litigation and comfort with non-traditional legal services models - Strong technology skills and ability to incorporate technology into daily practice - Active in the community and legal community, with a strong networking presence.
