Seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our firm in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in general business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, probate litigation, domestic relations, construction litigation, and employment work. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing complex legal issues, drafting memoranda and pleadings, and representing clients in court. Requirements: JD degree from an accredited law school, NH Bar License, and at least 4 years of experience as a licensed attorney. Strong research skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment are essential.
