Job Description:
We seek a highly experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney with 5+ years of experience in handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector. Key responsibilities include reviewing policies, drafting coverage evaluations, and extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and positions. Responsibilities also include conducting factual investigations, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and managing a diverse caseload. Required qualifications include a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Compensation ranges from $170,000 - $220,000 plus potential quarterly bonuses based on productivity.
