Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team at our Taylor, MI office. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas and have strong communication, legal research, and litigation skills. Key responsibilities include representing clients in court hearings, drafting pleadings, conducting client consultations, preparing estate planning documents, managing probate and trust administration matters, handling bankruptcy filings, maintaining accurate case records, collaborating with legal staff and partners, and possessing strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Required qualifications include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, an active license to practice law in Michigan, and 0-3+ years of experience in one or more relevant practice areas. Preferred qualifications include experience in Michigan family court, probate court, or bankruptcy court, familiarity with case management software, and Spanish language proficiency.
