About Us: Hill Ward Henderson is a Tampa-based law firm seeking a skilled Tax Associate to join our Corporate and Tax group.
- Provide tax guidance on M&A, entity, and fund formations or joint ventures
- Offer expertise in tax controversy and general corporate experience
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- At least 2 years of transactional tax experience
- LL.M. in Tax or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic required
- Immediate responsibility and client interaction
