Business Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, superior writing ability, and precise attention to detail. Key Responsibilities include researching and analyzing immigration issues, developing strategies to address them, conducting client meetings, serving as account manager, responding to client inquiries, informing senior associates and clients of important matters, delegating work to paralegals, providing feedback and instruction, ensuring timely filing of immigration documentation, making personal and firm-wide marketing efforts a priority. Required Education/Experience: J.D. and 2-4 years' business immigration law experience. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making, excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills, precise attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, ability to work well with clients and others, flexibility. Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
