Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience to join our team in New York City. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, arguing motions, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, handling day-to-day case management, and participating in trial preparation. New York judicial clerkship experience is a plus. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment with industry experts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and self-motivation are required. Admission to practice law in New York is also necessary. Day Pitney offers a hybrid work environment that provides attorneys the ability to work remotely two days per week.
