Jr. Immigration Attorney

Job Description:

This Jr. AOS Immigration Attorney will focus on Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases for clients seeking permanent residency in the United States after being granted humanitarian visas. The role involves preparing and filing AOS petitions, reviewing client documents, developing personalized legal strategies, and providing direct legal representation to clients throughout their AOS journey. Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree, active law license, 2 years of experience in immigration law, and strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Preparation and Management: Prepare and file AOS petitions, review client documents, and develop personalized legal strategies.

Advocacy and Representation: Prepare clients for AOS interviews, accompany them to interviews as needed, and provide real-time legal support.

Requirements and Skills:

Juris Doctor degree or LLM from an accredited law school, active law license, 2 years of experience in immigration law, strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
