We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities include providing high-quality legal representation, managing diverse caseloads, and advocating zealously in court and negotiations. Key qualifications include a JD degree, active bar membership, and experience practicing immigration litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in immigration court, including handling Individual Calendar Hearings, Master Calendar Hearings, bond hearings, USCIS interviews, and post-conviction relief. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
