Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced real estate attorney to join our team as an Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title review and clearance, as well as experience with non-judicial foreclosure tasks. Responsibilities include reviewing title examinations, identifying title issues, and making recommendations for curing title issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing documents related to the non-judicial foreclosure process, communicating with clients and vendors, and creating reports and other documents. Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree, active Texas law license, and minimum 2 years of experience in real estate and title review/curative. Key skills include managing a portfolio of files, navigating jurisdictional requirements, and providing excellent customer service.
