DLA Piper is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. We need candidates with experience in international counseling to support cross-border and global employment work. The role will interact frequently with other offices in DLAu2019s global employment practice. Key responsibilities include conducting employment diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating employment, retention and related agreements, and providing advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of employment law.
