Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civil liability defense cases, including conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions, discovery, review of medical records, pretrial hearings, and depositions. Key qualifications include strong knowledge of Michigan No Fault laws, proficiency in legal research and interpretation of the law, experience with court procedures, and excellent communication skills. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in the Michigan State Bar are required. Prior experience in insurance defense or civil litigation is preferred.
